JULIE LABATE
Julie began her dance fitness journey as one of the original NYC instructors of the VXN Workout, a Miami-based format created by Janet Jones, where she also served as NYC operations lead. A lifelong performer, she grew up dancing hip hop and cheering with Top Gun All Stars, then went on to compete for the University of Florida and lead her sorority’s dance and cheer teams.
Today, Julie brings that same energy and performance spirit to her own high-powered dance fitness classes. Her sessions are a full-body release—an uplifting, judgment-free space where adults can move freely, feel strong, and reconnect with their inner performer.
For Julie, dance fitness is more than exercise—it’s community, confidence, and the joy of showing up for yourself.
