This high-energy class is all about fun, community, and feeling your best—inside and out. Let loose, break a sweat, and connect with the music while boosting your mind-body wellness. No pressure—just real hip hop, great people, and playlists that keep you moving.

And no, you do not need to be a dancer. This follow-along format is made for all levels—whether you're new to dance or just love to move.

We create a judgment-free space where you can show up, let go, and do your thing.

INSTRUCTOR
JULIE LABATE 

Julie grew up in Miami, where she trained in dance and cheered competitively with Top Gun All Stars. She continued dancing & cheering at the University of Florida and returned to Miami after college, continuing to train and compete into her mid-20s.

 

She later moved to New York City, where she became one of the original NYC instructors of VXN Workout - a Miami-based dance fitness format created by Janet Jones. She taught with VXN for five years and also spent time leading their NYC operations.

Today, she brings that full experience into C3 - creating classes that engage your mind just enough, and then let your body take over. High-energy, music-driven, and thoughtfully structured, her classes are designed to help you feel connected to yourself, confident, and fully present.​​
