Our commitment to accessibility

C3 Hip Hop Dance Co. wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read this site, find a class, and register. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

• We write semantic HTML with real headings and labeled form fields
• We check the color palette for text contrast
• The whole site works with a keyboard, and focus styles stay visible
• Photos carry text descriptions, and video has a play/pause control
• Animation respects your reduced-motion setting
• We audit the site against WCAG 2.1 AA and fix what the audits find
• We do not use an accessibility overlay widget - improvements go into the site itself

If you hit a barrier

Accessibility is ongoing work, and some content may still fall short. Email info@c3hiphopdance.com with the page and the problem, and we will fix it or give you the information another way. If you cannot use the online registration, contact the studio directly and we will register your dancer for you.

What we collect, and when

Browsing this site does not require you to give us anything. We only collect information when you register for a class, camp, or team - the registration form asks for:

• Parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number
• Dancer name(s) and date of birth
• Medical conditions, allergies, or anything else we should know to keep your dancer safe
• An emergency contact
• Waiver acknowledgements and a photo/video release choice

We ask for the medical and emergency details only so coaches can respond properly if something happens in the studio.

Who processes it

Registration and payment run on Wix, our booking and payments provider. When you register, your form answers and your payment go to Wix - this website itself stores nothing and has no database. Card numbers never touch c3hiphopdance.com. Wix's handling of that data is covered by Wix's privacy policy.

If you sign up for our mailing list, the email address you enter goes to Kit, the service we use to send studio news. That is the only thing the sign-up box collects, we use it only to email you about C3, and every message has an unsubscribe link. Kit's handling of that address is covered by Kit's privacy policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the studio and the providers named above.

Photos and video

We sometimes photograph or film classes, performances, and camps for the studio's website and social media. Registration includes a photo/video release you can accept or decline - your choice is what we follow. If you change your mind later, email us and we will update it and take down anything you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records while your dancer is enrolled with us, and afterward only as long as we need them for ordinary business and accounting records.

Questions or removal requests

Email info@c3hiphopdance.com and ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. C3 Hip Hop Dance Co. is a small studio in Saratoga Springs, NY. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
